Dear Ms. Poe, and BG Corporate, I would like to ask that BG reconsider the recent change to platinum benefits. This is the second drastic change in the last 2 years and greatly devalues the benefit of being platinum. I am one that does use more than 10 cancellations per year, but we do not rent out our points. The main reason I wanted to be platinum level is because of the unlimited cancellations. We have 4 grown children who have families and elderly parents. I want to share our BG experiences with them. Working around their schedules causes me to have to cancel often. I don't hold units and then rebook with bonus time. Please reconsider this decision that greatly devalues our premier level. Thank you for listening.

We need unlimited cancellations restored. They said 93% of us don't use 10, so we don't need unlimited. Submit as many comments as you would like CLICK HERE.
